CREATING WITH STENCILS

In gearing up for this year's Holiday Extravaganza, Stampin' Up! shared some project samples with Demonstrators recently, and one of those samples used the Vintage Ornaments stencils. I've had the "Vintage Ornaments I" stencils for a while and have thoroughly enjoyed creating with them. This card, which is a bit smaller than the normal A2 size, demonstrates masking with the stencils, and it was a very quick and easy project! Of course, you can never go wrong when using Soft Suede and Rich Razzleberry. I used the Frost White shimmer paint for the detailing on the Razzleberry ornament, topped off with a rhinestone brad. The only other added visuals are the pierced photo corner and the flowing sentiment, which is from the "Four the Holidays" stamp set. Card stock colors used are Soft Suede, Kraft, and Pale Plum. Other Stampin' Up! products used include the mat pack, paper piercing tool, stampin' sponges, Stampin' Dimensionals, Photo Corner punch, and dotted grosgrain ribbon.
