It seemed like such a waste to toss the leftovers from the earlier card that I made, so I used some of them to make this card. Of course, two of Stampin' Up!'s new builder wheels ("Pleasing Polka Dots" and "Delight in Gladness") are featured on this card, as well as the swirly image from the "Elements of Style" stamp set. Other Stampin' Up! products used to create this card include Whisper White, Crumb Cake, and Rich Razzleberry card stock, glimmer brad, white taffeta ribbon, Designer Label punch, Scallop Trim border punch, and pearl rhinestone.
